Poche parole per esprimere tutto ciò è per me il vino: il legame tra il corpo e l’anima, uno strumento di conoscenza di sé e dell’altro, sia attraverso il lavoro di squadra durante la creazione sia attraverso il piacere di condividerlo.
Il vino è qualcosa di vivo, che trascina la mente ed il cuore: difficile abbandonarlo, qualunque cosa succeda.
Tutto è coinvolto in questo mestiere, sino alla parte più spirituale di sé.
Così, quando ogni anno si rinnova il rito della vendemmia ed il raccolto si trasforma in vino, il corpo e l’anima tutti sono rapiti dal fare e dall’emozione di una nuova annata che prende vita.
Poi il lavoro lascia il posto alla festa ed è grande l’orgoglio di poter condividere con qualcuno una parte di te, un prodotto che ti rappresenta, risultato di fatica ed amore.

A few words to express everything that wine means to me: a link between the body and soul, a means of knowing oneself and the others, both through team work during its creation and through the pleasure of sharing it.
Wine is a living thing that engages the mind and the heart: it’s hard to give up on it, no matter what happens. Everything is involved in this job, right down to the most spiritual part of yourself. So when every year the ritual of the harvest is repeated and the crop is transformed into wine, both body and soul are engrossed by the work and excitement of another vintage coming to life.
Then work gives way to celebration, and there is great pride in being able to share with others something that is a part of you, a product that represents you, the result of hard work and love.

Wenige Worte, um all das zum Ausdruck zu bringen, was der Wein für mich bedeutet: die Verbindung zwischen Körper und Seele, ein Hilfsmittel, um sich selbst und den anderen kennen zu lernen, sowohl durch die Teamarbeit während der Erschaffung, als auch durch den Genuss, ihn miteinander zu teilen.
Wein ist etwas Lebendiges, das Geist und Herz mitreißt: es ist schwierig, ihn zu verlassen, was immer auch geschehen mag. In diesen Beruf ist alles involviert, bis hin zum spirituellsten Teil unser selbst. Und so, wenn jedes Jahr erneut das Ritual der Weinlese stattfindet und die Ernte sich in Wein verwandelt, werden Körper und Seele vom Tun mitgerissen und von der Emotion eines neuen Jahrgangs, der zum Leben erweckt wird.
Danach macht die Arbeit dem Feiern Platz, und der Stolz ist groß, wenn man einen Teil seiner selbst mit anderen teilen kann, ein Produkt, das dich repräsentiert, das Ergebnis von Mühe und Liebe.
