Serralunga d’Alba è un piccolo villaggio nel cuore delle Langhe.
La sua storia è tutta racchiusa nell’immagine del poderoso castello medioevale, che svetta verso il cielo immerso nelle vigne. Da sempre questo territorio è rinomato per la sua unicità, combinazione perfetta tra natura e uomo.
Poco distante da questo borgo si trova la Tenuta Cappallotto, all’interno della quale sorge la cantina e la mia casa, antico cascinale in cui vive la mia famiglia da generazioni. È tra queste vigne e queste botti che trascorro gran parte del mio tempo, confrontandomi con mio padre su tutto.
Così questo mestiere è l’eredità più importante che mio padre ha ricevuto e che oggi ho il privilegio di condividere con lui. Ovunque io vada, è qui che torno, il luogo in cui ho scelto di porre le mie radici.

Serralunga d’Alba is a small village in the heart of the Langhe.
Its history is bound up in the image of the mighty medieval castle that stands out against the sky, surrounded by vineyards. This land has always been renowned as being unique, a perfect combination of nature and man.
A short distance from this village is the Cappallotto Estate, where the winery and my home, an ancient farmhouse where my family has lived for generations, are situated. It is among these vines and casks that I spend most of my time, exchanging views with my father about everything.
This craft is the most important inheritance that my father received, and one that I am privileged to share with him today. Wherever I go, this is the place I come back to, the place where I have chosen to put down my roots.

Serralunga d’Alba ist ein kleines Dorf im Herzen des Langhe-Gebietes.
Seine ganze Geschichte ist im Anblick der mächtigen mittelalterlichen Burg eingeschlossen, die von Weinbergen umgeben gen Himmel ragt. Dieses Gebiet ist seit jeher aufgrund seiner Einzigartigkeit renommiert, seiner perfekten Kombination aus Natur und Mensch.
Nicht weit von diesem Dorf entfernt befindet sich das Gut "Tenuta Cappallotto", wo sich der Weinkeller und mein Haus befinden, ein altes Landhaus, in dem meine Familie seit Generationen lebt. Zwischen diesen Weinbergen und diesen Fässern verbringe ich den Großteil meiner Zeit und konfrontiere mich mit meinem Vater in allen Dingen.
Auf diese Weise ist dieses Handwerk die wichtigste Erbschaft, die mein Vater erhalten hat, und ich habe das Privileg, sie mit ihm zu teilen. Wo immer ich auch hingehe, hierher kehre ich zurück, an den Ort, an dem ich meine Wurzeln schlagen will.
